Regional Food Plan
When we
go grocery shopping we take care of quality and price but normally
not of the origin. However to live the lifestyle of health and
sustainability, it is important to be aware of the way of
transportation.
Because of that we began to wonder how regional people of our hometown buy their food. To compare our results with another country we asked a friend who spends a year abroad in Canada to find out where their products come from. |
Did
you know that …
… 92% of consumers prefer regional food? … 75% are ready to buy more expensive food? … 77% make use of the combination of “regional” and “biological” food? |
